today me and sarah robins took a trip to the university of alabama to view an exhibit on pocket diaries and hear a lecture....it was very interesting to hear how pocket diaries came to be and the process behind their design and manufacturing and how they play into history

ah i wish i could have been there...those look like so much fun!... and don't you wish you had the handwriting of some of the people who wrote in these? i wish we still used fountain pens and penmanship was still important!....
well we can practice writing and make it important again...practice, practice, practice
