felt!

i've been a little obsessed with felt these days... i'm trying to work it in to my christmas tree decorations for this year (pictures to come) - but i've had a hard time finding the colors i wanted. but today i was catching up on my blogs and i found filzfelt's etsy shop through design*sponge, and they have just the charcoal grey and green i've been looking for! - a little pricey, but good to know about.

ohmygoodness beautiful

found these today via oh joy - "corner forest" by yuken teruya. i gasped when i saw them. who would have thought something so great could have come from a toilet paper roll??... i wish i thought like this. this is something that (with a very sharp knife) would probably be fairly easy to make (but of course not as beautifully as he did them!...) - love it!
