papa's at the veranda

on monday the veranda on highland had the debut party of papa's a new bar in their restaurant...i worked on the branding for the bar here at scout...it was a great party and it was fun to see everything come together

the identity for papa's is inspired by ernest "papa" hemingway..the shape for the logo comes from a vintage cigar label and there is a small map of cuba in the background...i made a cane pattern bacause cane was an material hemingway had in many places of his home
